  • Q: Do you have Price list?
  • A: For pricing information, please see ourPLANTS page.
  • Q: What is your delivery charge?
  • A: Our delivery charge depends on the size of your order, location, and difficulty of delivery (multiple levels, elevator access, distance from truck parking to event location, etc.). In the table bellow you can see general delivery fee, which can be customized to your order, after you give us event details. Delivery time flexibility can bring the price down.
  • Q: Do you have an order minimum? Can I rent just one plant?
  • A: Yes, you can rent just one plant, as long as its rental fee meets our minimum order requirement, which is $300 (excluded delivery/ installation/ pick up and sales tax).
  • Q: How far in advance should I place my order?
  • A: We recommend that you place your order as early as possible, so we can book the day for your event in our calendar. However, payments are accepted no more than 3-4 weeks prior to your event. This is the time frame we can guaranty certain plant availability. Also, we can provide variety of plants/ palm trees at the last minute.   • Q: When is payment due for my order?
  • A: We require all orders to be paid 7 days prior to delivery. Please note that orders will not be released for delivery without a valid method of payment.
  • Q: What types of payment methods do you accept?
  • A: We accept credit cards (Visa, American Express, MasterCard, and Discover), checks and wire/ bank transfers.
  • Q: Can I pick up my rental order from your warehouse?
  • A: Unfortunately, we are not able to arrange for client pick ups/drop offs from our warehouse. However, customers are welcomed to pick up their plant only in case of final sale.
  • Q: In addition to rental, do you sell plants?
  • A: Yes, we do sell plants depending on availability. We are primarily plant rental company, but with every new crop arrival, we offer plants for sale.
  • Q: Do you rent hedges?
  • A: Hedge rental is coming soon. We’ll keep you posted! (Instagram, Facebook)
  • Q: Do you offer long term rentals with maintenance?
  • A: At the moment, we are strictly short term rental company. We’ll announce once we start long term plant rental. Follow us on Instagram and Facebook to hear more about our latest projects.
  • Q: What are your hours of operation?
  • A: We are 24/7 business. We can arrange delivery or pick up at any desired time, including Holidays. Please contact us 24/7 at info@nycplantrental.com
  • Q: Do I have a warranty on purchased plants?
  • A: : All sales are final! Customer will be offered price with or without plant replacement option. Plant replacement is offered 4 weeks for palm trees and 2 weeks for all other tropical plants. Please note that if some plants are unavailable for replacement (sold out), replacement will be provided once a plant becomes available.
